To become an Authorized Arca Nutrilife Independent Partner (ANP), applicants must purchase a specified number of products and complete the online registration process via the Arc App to be officially encoded in our system.
Each ANP is allowed to maintain only one membership account with Arca Nutrilife Company. The creation, management, or control of multiple accounts under the same name is strictly prohibited.
If it is discovered that an individual has registered multiple accounts under the same name, this will be considered a breach of our code of conduct.
Arca Nutrilife Company reserves the right to conduct audits on partner accounts to ensure adherence to the one-account policy. Partners found in violation will receive written notification detailing the breach, and they will be required to take corrective actions within a specified timeframe.
All Arca Nutrilife Partners (ANPs) must be at least 18 years of age to register. Applicants under 18 years are required to submit a Parental Consent Waiver along with their registration application. This waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian, ensuring their consent and support for the applicant’s participation.
To maintain the integrity of our network and ensure fair business practices, Authorized Arca Nutrilife Independent Partners (ANPs) are prohibited from actively engaging in any Direct Selling or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business that offers similar products or services during their membership term.
Applicants seeking to become ANPs must not have been terminated from any Direct Selling or MLM company due to breaches of contract or unethical conduct.
If an individual with a disqualifying history registers, the application will be revoked, and any payments made will be refunded. Their account will be dissolved immediately.
Applicants must not be current employees of Arca Nutrilife or any competing Direct Selling/MLM company at the time of their application or during their tenure as an ANP.
Applicants must disclose any first-degree relatives (such as parents, siblings, spouses, or children) who are employees of Arca Nutrilife or are involved in competing MLM activities.
Failure to disclose such affiliations will result in immediate account dissolution and loss of authorization as an ANP.

The partner’s interest in the membership may be transferred to a designated heir or relative, subject to the laws on succession and Arca Nutrilife Company’s approval of the transfer.
It is essential that partners make proper arrangements during their lifetime to ensure an orderly and legal transfer of their membership to their heirs.
